The technician was quick and did a great job

We unfortunately ran into our garage door backing out as it was going up! The last thing we needed. It was later in the evening to top it off. I called Pricision and they were able to come the next morning! First time I used them. Luke did an outstanding job!!! He was very nice and professional! Refreshing! We did have to get a new opener because of the damage but he was able to repair the lower panel with new hardware. I also bought a code box for outside. He made sure I understood all the operations of newly installed items. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again in the future!

Very happy with the service. The service rep was prompt, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. We experienced broken springs a few years back and used another company, we were not at all impressed with the service. Today’s repair turned out to be minor and was fixed quickly. We will definitely be using you from now on.
