We had another company install a new garage door keypad, but that broke within a few months. We called Precision this time and they were prompt and took care of the problem. Then I was able to “chat” on line and get all the information I needed. Yes, you met all of my expectations. The tech – Adam met all my expectations. He was very patient and competent. Explained the bill and resolved the 4 issues I needed help with. He had all the products with him so I didn’t have to make a “follow-up” appointment. I will recommend your company in the future.
