Had a Friday schedule that didn’t work, rescheduled for Saturday morning. Logan called said he was on the way. Arrived looked over repair, quoted me a price and completed repairs. Everything seems to be working fine. Logan was a professional, good attitude.

I had a good experience with scheduling and the repair went smoothly, but my issue is focused on exorbitant pricing. I didn’t have time to research pricing when the torsion spring broke on our garage door overnight. I depended on the solid reviews posted for Precision for having them coming out to work on the door at a fair price. When the pricing options were presented they seemed really high, and I found out after the work was completed that they are indeed on the extreme high end. I had the two torsion springs replaced, two new end bearing plates, a new flanged ball bearing, and a set of new rollers totaling $1,354. From what I’ve gathered, parts and labor pricing from this repair is roughly double from other reputable contractors. The repair experience itself was good, but not worth that price.
