I had a frayed cable, and one spring didn’t look too healthy, and I called Precision last week and the young lady arranged a time for a technician to come to my place yesterday (Monday) to check out what needs to be done. Travis Sanferraro was the Technician that showed up. Travis was very knowledgeable in his experience and took care of replacing two springs and two cables and was very good in checking out the operation of the door closing and opening and made a small adjustment and the door operated like brand new. Travis had a nice personality and we got along just fine. This was my first experience with Precision Garage Door Company, and I certainly will call them again.

Cody did an excellent job. He provided the correct information for me to make a decision as to the repairs. I understood my options and I am confident I made the right decision. The final $$ was more than I originally planned but my garage door should give me many years of service. I replaced the bearings, springs and the rollers. The door and hardware were at 17 years of life.

Just purchased home, during inspection the inspector suggested replacing rubber at bottom of door because worn and missing in parts. Precision sticker was on door, so called to set up service.
