Made a stupid mistake and tied a rope around the door track to dry a large tarp. I had every intention of removing it before putting the door down; however, I forgot. Rope caused the door to lower uneven and allow cable to come off the reel. Precision came out and had the door operational in about 10 minutes. This is the second or third time I have used them and each time I have been very satisfied. Thumbs up for Precision Garage Door Service!

Chris Poland was informative and courteous. He made sure to check everything with my garage door and the other parts to make sure that everything was working properly. He did everything in a timely manner and kept me updated as he was repairing my garage door.

Matt was an excellent repairman. However, the price was very very high and I did not get a receipt for the work performed. I am going to post on Google if I do not get a call from Precision 813-523-5812

James did an incredible job. Very professional and kind. He explained everything to us so that we understood what was needed in the repair/replacement. Another wonderful experience with Precision. Joshua called to tell me that he was on his way and he arrived exactly when he said he would. When he got here he listened to what I think was a problem with my garage door pad and he advised me what could be done. I asked him if he would also just look over all the other components in the garage to see what might need to be repaired anytime in the near future. He gave me an estimate for all the work to be done and told me there was no pressure if I couldn’t do it all at one time. He was very friendly and very professional and I would definitely ask for Joshua as a tech again.

She was honest and up-front; if there was something that didn’t work, worked better or did not look right, she explained why and how.
