We greatly appreciate the excellent service from call center to the service technician. We were kept informed of the time that rep would be at our house and a call when he was on his way. Adam was so polite, knowledgeable and went above our expectations. He couldn’t repair our older opener and offered several soluions. We figured we woild get an appointment latr in tge week to install a new opener. Adam qas anle to do it immediately. We are very impressed with Precision Overhead doors and have recommended to our neighbours.

Your representative today, Chris, could not have been more professional and was very very patient with questions from this AGED senior regarding various options for potentially replacing various products depending upon my goal. Our 2006 garage door opener needed repairs. I decided to replace it with a new belt drive opener. Matt installed the new opener, and I was very pleased with Matt’s excellent professional work and the new garage door opener!

Quick respond. Very professional. Sean checked everything. He was not pushy. He pointed out where the problem was and gave me different options never saying it had to be done now. He replaced the parts and programed the motor. Opener works like new and it’s very quite. Will definitely call again when need repair. Thanks, Sean
