I had a technician service my garage door after the hurricane, and he checked the system. Everything checked out he solved the issue by aligning the beams. I was under the impression the service was warranted. The technician said it was a fifty-dollar charge. I reminded him that it was under warranty, if I was mistaken, I’ll pay for service rendered.

We were fortunate to have Robert Clausen come to service our garage door. Robert was very professional and friendly and presented us with a couple of pricing scenarios to fix our garage door mechanism. Problem solved! Robert also took the time to explain the work to be done and the available materials that can be chosen. After completion of the work Robert took the time to show us how to lubricate the moving parts and actually performed them for us. Extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend precision and especially Robert for any garage door problem you may have.

We’ve used Précision for years to install our garage door opener and service it when needed. They always come out promptly upon receiving our call for service. They’re always very professional, courtesy and understanding. The techs are always very knowledgeable and fix the problem promptly. My last call required the sensors to be replaced. We’d highly recommend them to anyone in need of garage door service.

Extremely pleased with the quality of service provided. The door was fixed the same day we called. Our tech was Jimmy and he was great, friendly, and explained everything before getting to the fixing part. The communication between Precision and myself was also refreshing, letting me know beforehand who would be coming to my house and a bio of him too. Good stuff!! Thank you!

Technician arrived before the appointed time, replaced the spring quickly and because the spring was under warranty did not even charge us a service call. It is rare to find such honest and efficient service. Fantastic.
