Hi The service tech listened to the problem I was having and explained what he thought was going on. He was very professional in every way. In a short time he let me know it was what we had talked about. At the same time he let me know of other repairs that were needed. I gave him the OK to take care of the main problem and he gave me a list of repairs still needed. He was very thorough in finishing the repair and asked if I had any questions. I am satisfied with the service tech and the job that was done.

James Long, the technician, arrived at my house on or about 4pm today and installed an Operator Reinforcement Bracket 18″. He quoted a price of $206.00 plus $20.00 Fleet Transportation Fee for a total of $226.00. I had a printed coupon discount of $15.00 that I printed from Precision Door Service Website. So, the final total amounted to $211.00. The technician performed an excellent job and was professional and courteous. My one concern was the cost of the bracket. On Amazon.com, the price of similar bracket cost $30.00. When this cost is deducted from $206.00, the balance is $176.00. The installation took about 30 minutes to install. I felt that the labor cost is excessively high for a 30 minute job. But I needed to have it repaired so I agreed. Also, what is the Fleet Transportation Fee of $20.00? If it wasn’t for the excessively high labor fee, I would have given this survey a 5 star.
