I called for repair because the door had become noisy. Cody was the technician who came to my home. He was very professional and polite and confident. He worked for more than an hour and was able to quiet the noise of my door and get it working smoothly. I am impressed with how professional this work was done. It is my understanding that you have no real competition in your business. You guys are the best.

SO HAPPY!!! The spring on our garage door broke Monday late afternoon and it wasn’t a full 24 hours later that Precision had someone at my house fixing it. Tuesday, at 12:30 pm, Keith came and repaired the door, double checked the third door and made sure all the working parts were in order. He was professional, informative and actually wanted to make sure I was happy with the job. I will recommend Precision to all my neighbors and friends. Fantastic company and people!!! Thanks!

Jimmy Johnson fixed the repeat problem and door is running great. I was able to get back to work while he was fixing the door and he locked up. Will call again if any other issues woth my door!
