Outstanding experience with Precision Overheard Garage Door company. We had a home built in 2019 and for the past year both garage doors had been making some very load sounds as they were opening and closing. We contacted the company that installed the doors during construction and they basically said there wasn’t much they could do to quiet them down other than apply some lubricant. I did that multiple times but the issues still remained. Then I saw your commercial on TV where your tech said someone called because their doors made sounds like a pterodactyl. Well, mine did as well. So I immediately called for an appointment and in a few days a tech (James Long) arrived, explained what needed to be done and completed the job in less than an hour. Today my doors are finally quiet. I am very impressed with the way your company operates and kudos to my tech James who arrived on time, was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. And bottom line: James fixed my garage doors.

Nick came on a Sunday and replaced mu torsion springs, one was broken, and I have to say, he did a great job. The door has never operated so smooth and quiet, I guess after 17 years the springs do weaken and break. Good company to do business with.

Christopher did an exceptional job explaining everything and completing the repair in a very timely fashion. Also, made me and my wife feel comfortable with getting the repair done. Just thought the springs were a little pricey, but that was not my technician’s fault. Precision=Price Decision. Just make sure you get a technician as knowledgeable and friendly as the one we got.

James listened to my description of the problem with my garage door. Did his own review of the door and came to me and explained what he needs to do to repair the door. Did not try to sell me a new door. Fixed everything about half hour. Excellent professional attitude, I would recommend James to anyone needing a garage door repaired.
