Called for a broken spring. I would first say that the service techs that were sent were extremely nice and courteous and made the repairs as needed. I absolutely felt that the pricing was way too high! Never expected to pay $740 for spring replacements and not even the top line springs. Granted that the labor was included but springs just don’t cost that much! A door sensor appeared to go bad at the same time which I said I would replace and looked up pricing for an OEM replacement $39. They ended up replacing it at no cost but their invoice price for the sensor was $240 which again they did not charge me for but clearly showing that there price structure is way out of line.

Chris Johnson was amazing! I clipped my garage door backing out this morning and our garage door was not stable. I called Precision garage at 4:30pm and they came out by 5:40pm. Chris assessed the garage and performed a quick fix. He also gave me a reasonable quote for a new garage door in the future. Didn’t realize our garage door is 23 years old! Chris placed 3 shiny bolts to reinforce the door and when we are ready for a new door I will be calling Precision! Professional, reliable, honest, dependable, with excellent customer service. Luke came out this morning to replace a broken spring. His attention to detail enabled him to notice not only a bent shaft, but also a couple of worn bearings. After that, he went above and beyond and stapled the sensor wires to the ceiling, which had been hanging for years, and adjusted the open and close pressures. You just don’t find that kind of dedication these days. I would not hesitate for a second to use this company again. I’m really glad that their sticker was on the inside of the garage door. I had called another company first, and was told that I had to pay a 99.00 service fee if i didn’t like the quote! It was after that call that i noticed the sticker, and boy I’m glad i did. Thanks again Luke!

I cannot thank precision garage enough for their generosity towards my family this past weekend. After months of living with a faulty garage door opener, and failed attempts to repair it. I called precision and they came out the same day(in fact earlier than scheduled). Not only did they replace my garage opener they went over and beyond to provide for my family in a time of need. It is good to know that this company is not driven by business and profit only but that they also care for others on a personal level. I am particularly thankful for our amazing technician Orion Mancini, a kind-hearted and genuine human being who delivered impeccable service. He made sure that my family got everything we needed and more and understood the special reason why we needed the garage to work. He deserves a gold star. So does his manager Josh with whom he was in constant communication and made the decision to make the generous offer. We will never forget how you made us feel.
