Did not have the correct springs to fix my garage door. If you have a 1 piece floor to ceiling extention springs system, look elsewhere.

What a wonderful experience! I explained the warranty issue we had with the garage door trim or seal (not sure of the terminology) which was assessed and agreed to be an issue. They got down to doing the fixing the issue and it was completed quickly and to our satisfaction. My husband inspected it afterwards and was quite happy with the results. One of my ‘Go to’ companies here in Florida. Thank you so much!

Would never call anyone else. Your the best. My garage door would not go up or down. I told I needed it working. Precision doors made it happen.

The tech was able to respond within 3 hours . No other company could respond for another day or two. The other companies were twice as much for a service call . My wiring was reattached from a previous company that did a poor job and replaced a non working remote. The work was finished within 30 minutes. This is the only company I will ever use . Thank you for responding so quickly and resolving my problem !

From my scheduling an appointment with Mia, to my experience with Chris who did the repair, everything was timely and professional. Chris arrived right on time, checked the problem and then let me know the repair was covered by my warranty. Chris had me check the repair to ensure I was satisfied before leaving, and I was. I would certainly use Precision again and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for professional garage door installation or repair.

Saw the ad in a magazine. Called and scheduled an appointment for repair. Repairman was here within the window of time. Repairman assessed the damage. Gave three different quotes and what they entailed. We chose the middle one. He had all the parts and went about repairing the door. We had to replace quite a few parts that were missing from when the door broke and fell. Was completed within a couple of hours. Garage door works and sounds like a brand new system. He also showed us how do the maintenance on the door so it will continue to work properly. Very pleased with the workmanship, repairman, and price. Thank you. Would highly recommend this company. Michael the repairman was from the Tampa area.
