I previously used Precision to replace the garage door springs and take care of some maintenance issues. I chose them when it was time to replace my 20+ year old garage door opener. The friendly installers arrived on time and installed the opener quickly and hauled off the old opener. I would recommend them to my friends and acquaintances.

I chose Precision based on commercials. The spring broke right on the weekend and I scheduled appointment on Monday. John was very professional during his visit: he came on scheduled time, made some questions about the issue and took inspection of the garage door. After that, he provided estimate, made some suggestions and offer some other options how to improve the door condition. Everything was done in timely manner, no issues at all. I recommend this service and John.

Very professional and kind. I’m autistic 30 year old and love to ask tons of questions, I feel like for as long as my family has been with precision door service about 7+ years. Every technician that they have sent, have always been kind, curious and knowledgeable. I love to learn new things, and people like Sean W. I’m always learning. I’m a jack of all trades BUT master of none. No matter what trade comes to our house, I’ve always had people that have been nothing but knowledgeable when I ask questions. If they don’t know the answers, they have always gotten the answers for my questions. I will be a member of companies UNTIL they stop being nice.
