A call to Precision was responded to quickly and courteously. 2 technicians assessed and tightened spring tension in no time and lubricated both doors. I accidentally backed into my garage door before it had fully opened. Made the call and it was such a quick response which was wonderful. I have used Precision in the past and am very pleased with their service. They definitely stand by their warranty, as I had a minor problem a couple of years after the motor was replaced and they came right out. Today, the spring and cable were replaced and the service technician, Craig was very thorough and explained all the issues and the recommended services.

You were here once before and I liked what I saw. This time Charlie S looked at everything and showed us the issue and some potential issues. Based on that conversation we changed the Garage door Opener, and new rollers and sensors that needed to be replaced. He did a great job and we’ll be calling you again with any issues we may have.

I called Precision and had an appointment for the next day. They kept me informed and when they had a cancellation called me to see if they could come earlier. I received a call from the Tech Cody, letting me know he was on his way. Cody was very professional, walked me through each quote and told me about how long it would take. HIs work was clean and well organized. He was a pleasure to work with a true asset to Precision. If I ever need service again, I would hope they would send Cody again. Simply the best tech I have worked with.
