Jim..Over this past weekend my garage door was not operating. I call Precision and the representative who answered my call was courteous, cordial and thorough. She told me that Nick was scheduled to arrive between 12:00 and 4:00. Additionally, she said that it may be possible that Nick may get there earlier and would that be OK. Well Nick Rossi arrived before noon and did a complete diagnostic check of the issue with the door. He explained all of the issues and options with me as well as the costs involved. He was very friendly, gracious and extremely knowledgeable and the consummate professional. Both of these employees are enormous assets and representatives to your company!!

A friend recommended we call Precision, and we did. I have absolutely no complaints. They were able to come out the next day to replace our springs that we’ve had since 1994, Orion was a pleasure to work with. He was very respectful, knowledgeable, and patient with me and all of my questions. He never tried to push things that we didn’t need. He was upfront and honest on items we should consider replacing and items that could wait. Hopefully we won’t have to see them anytime soon, but if we do they will be the company we call.
