Contacted 3 companies for quotes on a 16×7 wind rated garage door. Not only was Precision the best price, but it was impact rated also vs. a 130 mph wind only. They also had a brown door at no extra cost, in stock! The others had a minimum 2 week lead time. Precision had my door installed 2 days later and removed the old door no charge. Courtney was my sales agent and Justin was my installer. I was completely impressed by both! Excellent experience! Justin was a tremendous installer! I highly recommend Precision as the entire experience was first class!

The technician came out the same day I called. He took his time and tried everything to fix the problem, with the bill being as little as possible. Precision Door is a company that I would highly recommend if you want honest and reliable work done by nice professional people

Your technician John was polite and knowledgeable. Although we did not have a big problem, he got the door going again and improved its operation. John made thoughtful suggestions about our door opener’s warranty. If we do need repairs or replacement in the future, we will definitely call Precision.
