Was not told about a $20 fleet charge when I called for estimate to replace a keypad. I don’t appreciate that totally known cost being withheld from me. Technician was friendly and efficient.

I CHOSE PRECISION BECAUSE FAMILY MEMBERS HAD USED THEM FOR MANY YEARS OF SERVICE. THE PERSONNEL THAT CAME OUT NAMED ROBERT WAS VERY FRIENDLY, AND KNEW WHAT HE WAS ABOUT. VERY COMPETENT AND AACCOMPLISHED YOUNG MAN. I KNEW I WOULD NEED A NEW DOOR, BUT HAD NEVER GOTTEN AROUND TO SEEING ABOUT IT. I HAD THE OPTION TO FIX, BUT I INQUIRED ABOUT INSTALLATION OF A NEW DOOR. IT WORKED OUT. A NEW DOOR WILL BE PUT IN TOMORROW. PRICE WAS REASONABLE. VERY HAPPY INDEED.

My experience with Precision Over Head Garage Door service was amazing. I found it astonishing that the representative was able to get someone over to my residence the same day for an evaluation / repairs just as advertised on commercials. The technician reached out to me via phone to notify me that he was in route and arrived on time. His customer service, knowledge and friendliness was awesome. He explained what was going on with my garage in simple terms easy to understand and was courteous. It’s also worth noting that he took the time to make sure that he correctly installed my replacement parts for my garage door and didn’t rush the process. My hat goes off to your admin staff for their great phone etiquette and your amazing service technicians that have to work perform repairs and services in hot garages. I am satisfied with my service and I am a firm believer in the saying ” A customer gets what they pay for”.

Our garage door spring broke and it was replaced the same day. Service was excellent and professional. The replacement was done very quickly and efficiently by Logan. He explained everything in great and gave us an accurate estimate on the repair. He was friendly and very knowledgeable of the parts needed to repair the damage and was finished ahead of time. Great company.

I am very pleased with the service I received today from Precision Garage Doors. Jeremy came out and determined that our old door opener had to be replaced. He and another employee worked very hard to take down the old opener and related hardware and installed a new one very quickly and efficiently. They were both very polite, professional, and extremely proficient. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors!

Great same day service. Alex was extremely polite and explained everything that was needed. There was no pressure at all to do anything that was not necessary. They did replace a few things and the door works great now. I HIGHLY recommend they.
