Everything was perfect. The repairman was knowledgeable and there was no extra fee for weekend service. Though the price was somewhat high, I would recommend this company.

Garage door broke and was told appointment would be between 12-4 PM. I asked if any earlier to give me a call. I received a call around 10:45 AM and that Chris would be on his way. Chris called and showed up in about 10 minutes later. My top panel bent along with the aluminum bar, a hinge cracked and the bar that is screwed into the door from the opener wripped off. Chris Replaced the parts needed saved my top panel and was a real professional while doing all this. I used Precision in the past and I will always use them. They show up on the same day you call and get quality work and a warranty!

My garage door opener on the outside had stopped working. I contacted your company got a same day appointment Brian came did a great job installed a new one and showed me how to use it. Very professional to the end. Thanks Brian !!!!!

The professionalism from the time I called to the time thank you’s and goodbyes were said, the experience was awesome. Your mechanic (Charles Vrsky /spelling?/ was very thorough defining the problem — no problem understanding the whys and wherefores. And he is a charmer — a delightful personality. Precision Overhead Door came highly recommended by a friend, and they lived up to the expectation. They were out to my house quickly, extremely knowledgeable but above all very professional and courteous. I honestly can’t say enough about the quality of service they provided.
