Corbin Stilwell was a personable, efficient technician. He had great manners and diagnosed the problem immediately. He worked quickly to replace springs and wheels on my garage door. Precision has all the parts on their trucks so there is no wait time to get a necessary part.

We have used Precision for maintenance for our garage door. But today, the 29 yr old garage door got a broken coil. I called your company about 3:15 pm and approximately 1 hr later a technician named Robert( Garrett) came to our home. He explained our options and fixed the door. By 6:15 our garage door was operational. Robert was kind, respectful & knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable with the repair. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Jimmy was an absolute professional!!! His van was very organized and clean, had a fully stocked van, and had everything he needed to complete multiple jobs on my garage door. He was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing so I could understand the importance of what he was doing. By the time he was done, didn’t even recognize my door!!! It was so quiet that you could only hear the garage door opener motor!! Great job and extremely professional!!!

Robert was our technician. He was extremely professional and personable. He also answered a few questions that I had concerning the garage door operation itself. Overall, I found the price of the new springs a little steep. I did comparison shop prior to selecting Precision. There were cheaper prices out there, but I think utilizing what I deem as a professional organization was worth the price. Your CSR’s Morgan and Mary were extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to.
