Upsale performed on original repair requested. Agreed upon evaluation, however my original upgraded springs were unnecessarily removed and replaced with standard springs. Was charged $360 EACH !!! Retailed online around $100. Overcharged on parts on all items!!!

My fault for not looking at invoice closer was charged $760.00 for 20 4″ rollers. Set of 10 on Amazon for $21.00. Could have had new doors for what was charged to fix ours.

Very professional and explain what I needed. Also gave me a choice on which way I wanted to go. No pressure and a very pleasant tech who know what he was doing and did it well. I was explained how to use the equipment and made sure I was comfortable with it before he left. I am very happy with the installation and the service.

Service is as always fast and concise. Nick was very courteous and also let us know of over items that were worn on our door. We are having Nick come back to repair those as well. We will always use precision door.
