I returned from a 10 day trip to a garage door that would not open. My neighbor recommended Precision Door, so I called this morning and Jeremy arrived this afternoon. Jeremy was incredibly nice, took the time to explain the issues, showed me what was going on and provided an estimate within minutes. He worked for 2 hours to get my door operating again. Great customer service!!

The entire experience with representatives of Precision Doors can only be described as outstanding. It started with the person who answered my call on a mid Saturday morning. She was able to schedule a technician for later in the day. Her notes assisted the technician to be prepared as to what to expect at our home. The technician was professional, courteous, and most importantly competent to analyze the problems, make recommendations and to implement them in a timely and cost effective manner. I would recommend the technician Logan without any hesitation.

We had a great experience with Precision. Keith came out and evaluated our situation and needs. We were given 3 options which was prepared by Keith. His diagnosis of our problem was thorough, and his explanation was easy to comprehend and follow. Keith performed our repairs and installed new equipment quickly and efficiently. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. He was pleasant and accommodating. Keith was great. I would recommend him to others for their garage door needs.
