Jerome looked over the job after I explained what happened with the door. He listened and asked a few questions then made an assessment and clearly explained what he felt needed to be done and gave a few options that could defer some of the work to save a few dollars. You could say his presentation was balanced with the customer needs and the company need for time versus profit. He worked in a manner that didn’t sacrifice quality for speed and cleaned up after completing the job. His work ethics and overall performance was a ten, being the highest compliment. If I had a friend or family member who owned a garage door business, I would have called them and recommended they hire him with incentive of more monies and benefits. It is rare today to find such employees as Jerome, that don’t mind working hard and care about doing it right the first time.

Jeremy came out the same day and did a terrific job! He explained all the options and costs. He came again to reassure me that all was in order. My neighbors think Precision is too expensive but I think you get what you pay for.

Austin provided superb professional service and great customer service by properly repairing my garage door opener. He was competent, cleaned up after the repairs, provided several options to repair the door and was very professional. He and Precision Garage Door of Clearwater are out highly recommended.

Corbin was most respectful and professional. Fortunately the malfunction was due to a power outage and needed only to be reset. And although I was 12 days shy of being under warranty. My warranty was honored and there was no charge!!! He also lubricated the mechanics and showed me how to reset if this happened again. Thank you Corbin and Precision.
