From start to finish my experience with Precision Overhead Door Service was excellent. Karen got me on the schedule the same day, and Cody arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the issue then evaluated the entire system, giving me a range of options all carefully explained. I chose a major overhaul of aging parts—springs, rollers, cable drums, ball bearings, etc. Cody did a fabulous job and I am very pleased with the results. It was a pleasure doing business with him; he is a great asset to your company.

I used Precision because my neighbor had used them in the past. I can only give them 2 stars. One for the Tech for being courteous and polite and the other one for the people who answer the phones who are also very polite and zero stars for pricing! I want to share that Precision is VERY EXPENSIVE!!! I called and complain about their HIGH prices which they did adjust my bill but I still feel I overpaid. I know I should have done more homework on my part but this is the first time I had to have garage door repairs in the 27 years owning my home. So go and Google cost in your area! After viewing BobVila.com site (3/28/23); I realize I paid too much! Precision needs to be more transparent on pricing! When Tech arrived I was given 3 quotes (between $4,500 – $1,100)??? Really??? So Google and shop around and save yourself some money!!!!!!

I recently purchased a home in Zephyrhills that is 30 years old and was not in good shape. The garage door was not operating correctly and after a month of manually having to open and close it, I decided I had enough and called Precision Door Service. They were able to come out the same day and provide a quote and installed a new door the very next day. All of the technicians were very professional, respectful and courteous. And best of all, the price didn’t change from the quote which it so often does when dealing with contractors. Thank you and your team for a job well done!

I called Precision because the previous owner left paperwork that you installed the door. I was extremely happy that the clerk was able to schedule me for the same day that I called. The young man, Cody Johnson, arrived on time. He was just a really nice young man and was very helpful in explaining the service that the garage door needed and that he could make the needed service the same day. He was good at explaining what he was going to do and I appreciate that he made sure this older lady understood all that he was doing. I will absolutely recommend Precision to anyone who asks or needs your service.
