Your technician Matthew Salas came out within a few hours of our request for service. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained clearly what we needed and the price, and didn’t pressure us in any way. Then he did the repairs quickly and efficiently. We were very pleased with him, and can only say that you are lucky to have him as such a great employee!

I called the company that installed our garage doors when the spring on one of the doors broke this morning. They told me it would be 4 days before they could repair it. I called Precision and explained the situation and the urgency to get it repaired. Austin arrived within 2 hours of my call as promised. He was polite, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond for us. Austin evaluated the situation and went over with me what needed to be done to complete the repair. Once completed he showed me what he did and why and encouraged me to call if I needed further assistance. It was a pleasure to deal with a company whose staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to go that extra mile. Precision is now the company I will call for any garage door repairs, and I will be requesting Austin. So grateful for Austin’s quick response and the great job he did.
