Luke did a very professional and timely install of a new belt drive garage door opener on the same day my old opener broke down. The install included new belt & new wiring to the Non-Contact Reversing System. Thank you, Luke!!!!!!

Professional – all the way. Easy to contact and set up an appointment. Efficient process with e-mail status reports. Chris Johnson arrived when promised and did a superb job: knows his business, thorough, neat, customer-focused, answered all my questions, offered alternative solutions and advice. I thought pricing was on the high side – but then again I know who to thank for that. I would emphatically recommend them to others!

We selected Precision Door Service because they are in our area. The rep. we spoke with was very accommodating to get us scheduled as soon as possible. The technician came out the next day, first appointment. He did an assessment on our garage door. He showed us and explained what needed to be fixed. The repairs were done in a very timely manner. The technician showed us the parts and bearings he replaced. The workmanship comes with a 7 year warranty, no additional charge. We would recommend Precision Door Service for their excellent workmanship & service.
