He called prior to arrival, showed up on time, did a complete inspection of the garage door, opener, main spring and then discussed with me the options. Travis came to our home after we placed a call about our garage door not working. He came earlier than expected and was very professional. Upon discovering that there were flowers blocking the safety, Travis offered to check the door and lubricated it. Thank you to Travis and Precision Overhead Garage Door for their prompt service.

Chris was here within an hour of my call and was very courteous. He fixed a dent in my garage door so that you can’t even tell from the outside that it had been dented. He checked the bolts on the inside of the door and replaced some of them, as well as reinforced the bottom seal, working over an hour in the 90+ degree garage. I was very pleased with his workmanship.
