From making the appointment, receipt of email confirmation of. appointment, call from Technician 20 mins prior to arrival—totally first class service of courtesy with professionalism! Technician reviewed work order and completed same—tested garage door & keypad. Awesome!!

Travis was our service person! He was both excellent at communicating and thorough. He demeanor was beyond perfect. The work was done quickly and the improvement in the function of the door was great! The phone staff was extremely polite and courteous.

The worst experiencetrying to replace a broken spring on my garage door. A technician named Craig Earle showed up and after he inspected the garage door he gave me an estimate on everything that he thought was wrong with my garage door. The price he quoted me was $2400 . When I said I only need the springs replaced for now to get the garage working, he said it will cost me $460 per spring for a total $1040 with labor. While he was still in my living room I made a quick call to Local Garage Door Services Inc. and they gave me a quote for $299. Quite the difference in the pricing. Craig was a crook who tries to take advantage of people. I would never recommend Precision to anybody. Please shop around before you do business with this company they are a bunch of crooks with no work ethics.

Surprisingly, I got same day service. Complete replacement of a 20 year old system including the tension springs. After two hours of work in 104 degrees, I am now ready for easy, quiet access to my garage. A little pricey but Job well done! Thank you for the 5% senior discount.
