We have been customers of Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for some time. In fact, they installed the doors in our home almost 20 yrs ago. Today, Chris Poland responded to our need to replace the door openers and tracks, springs, etc. What a fine company representative. He was responsive, competent, and courteous while explaining everything he was doing and why the work should be done. We decided what was done. Doesn’t get any better than this…. excellent quality work at a fair price. Chris made our day after getting ourselves off to a bad start. Well done Chris with many thanks. Next time, I trust Chris’s picture will appear on the company web site. Deserved!

I chose Precision because of your quick response. Your technician was courteous and worked quickly to fix my door. However, your prices are very very excessively high. Your technician did his best to sell me as many repairs whether really needed or not to raise the total bill. In the end, he gave me a discount for previous visits and also gave me a couple of rollers. I refused to buy your 10-pack of rollers for $410.00 because I found I can buy the same 10-pack for $25 on Amazon. I’ll never use Precision again.

Unbelievable, the professionalism of NICK, the technician who came out and worked on our 27 year old garage door. We were worried that the door would fall onto our vehicle. No worries now, just like New and quiet like a church mouse. Great job Nick. Thank you

Our garage door was so incredibly loud, so we called Precision Doors. They came out right away and had a new motor installed. Our technician Travis so awesome! He listened to our needs, was pleasant, and easy to work with. True customer service. I will not go anywhere else for my garage doors!

My experience with Precision started just over 2 years ago. Brian installed a new spring just over 2 years ago and he came out again when I requested a “maintenance” check on noises I was hearing. He said it was just the chain drive and everything looked fine, for a 10 year old motor. He lubed everything and covered it under the warranty. Great personnel and service, for sure. Just a few weeks after my 2 year warranty ran out, we had a power outage in the neighborhood and I opened the door manually, but it would not stay up. My neighbor held it opened for me to back my car out of the garage. I called Precision and Isak came out and adjusted the spring so that it stays open now when opened manually. He also checked everything, lubed, and was very courteous, friendly, and professional. Precision is an A1 company!
