For Jeremy & the work he did, 5 star. He’s a good mechanic, friendly etc. You get 4 because your expensive. $400 for new wheels on a golf cart door? I had to cut off before several other things would go over $3k.

Disappointing. Simply failed to make a remote connection from the car to the garage.

I called Precision this morning (Saturday) at 9.15 am and explained that I had a broken spring on our garage door. I was given a time window of between 10am and 2pm for a technician to come and do the repair. In less than an hour I received a call from John the assigned technician who told me he would arrive in about minutes (he was coming from St. Pete to Wimauma!). John arrived, right on 45 minutes. After assessing the situation, he provided me and my wife with an explanation of our options that was easy to understand and free of any technical jargon as well as the costs of the different options. Once we made our decision, he went right to work telling me it would take him about 60-90 minutes. During the repair he also explained why certain parts of the garage door were noisy (our house is only 4 years old, so I was pleased he explained these to us also along with reasons as to why they were happening). John is a credit to your company, he is professional, courteous and diligent as well as being a very personable man. Great job John & Precision Door service!
