My old opener just gave out during the hurricane. I’ve been in Tampa for 8 years now and have heard a lot about Precision. They got here as soon as they could (they’ve been slammed since the storms) but Chad fixed us up with new equiptment in under an hour and it is now working better then ever. Great work guys thank you!

The service provider, Jay, was excellent. The prices the company obligates him to charge are predatory. We have nearly new doors, which simply needed a new alignment on one and lubrication on both. We needed no parts. The job took about one hour. Precision charged $420!!! Wall street lawyers don’t charge $420 per hour. It is sad to see the home services industry evolve into the over-priced clique it has become.

From Mary, who was so gracious and fun making the appointment to today’s service call (including giving me an update on time of arrival) everything was smooth. I can’t say enough about Luca! He was so knowledgeable, showed me exactly where the problem was, encouraged questions, and checked every detail. Above and beyond service for a very reasonable price! I’ll spread the word!
