Robbie showed up on time. He explained my various options of a new garage door versus fixing my old one. He clearly explained what he was going to do to fix my old one. By the time he was done, the door looked pretty much brand new and worked better than ever before. I cannot thank him enough.

Our garage door opener broke. The Precision Tech Phillip came out. It was not worth fixing, since it was old. Phillip replaced the opener, the track, gave us two remotes, replaced two opener panels. He was very pleasant and efficient. The price was very reasonable. We are very happy with the product and install.

I called Precision because my garage door opener wasn’t working since the power was restored after the last hurricane. The technician arrived as scheduled and fixed the problem within minutes. There was no charge for the service. Thanks!

Very professional, and polite, knowledgeable When I booked the appointment, I asked if there was any specials, but when I looked at the survey, there was a 10% that ends on November 7. Can that be still applied?

We had Precision upgrade our motor, spring, rollers etc in 2021. Almost 4 years later and after several hurricanes, we needed them to come out and adjust the spring. The technician, Michel, was prompt and polite. He had it fixed within 45 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised that the charge of $259 was zero because this fell under the warranty which I didn’t even know we had as part of our purchase. So worth it-professional, reliable, and appts are easy to make.
