My 21 year old garage door opener started losing the code to open for my cars and remotes. I knew I wanted a new heavier duty garage door opener and called Precision, who had done great repairs on broken springs in the past. Manual Planos from Precision arrived and gave me all of my options and had all the parts that I chose on his truck. He quickly set to work and had a new belt drive heavy duty opener installed within 1.5 hours. He did a very clean and efficient installation then walked me through all the set up with the remotes, keypad and my autos. He explained the Iphone app (which was a breeze to set up). Now we have so many options to get in and the new opener is so quiet! I am very pleased with Precision Garage Door and Manuel Planos.

We had a minor repair with the brackets that control the manual lock from the handle of the door. Baylor replaced the bolts and inspected all components of the door and opener. He was helpful in explaining what had gone wrong and prompt to fix it. He was also very friendly and courteous and it was a pleasure to meet him. Minimal cost, excellent service as always, and we would definitely continue to call Precision in the future.

I love great customer service, and so far I’ve had some exceptional technicians to service my home. Both Jimmy & Phil, made me feel comfortable about their knowledge and expertise. I feel very comfortable using them for any issues that I might come up with any garage needs.

As always, knowledgeable and efficient! Took him 3 minutes to figure out what was wrong and 2 minutes to fix it!! Don’t go anywhere else. Just wish other service companies came anywhere near how good Precision is!!

After the hurricane and loss of power, I realized that my door wasn’t able to stay up by itself. John came and adjusted it and explained how to re-attach it, in the future, when power is restored. Just a really informative and friendly young man who made understanding the operation of the door simple and easy to operate.
