Our technician was excellent and very helpful. He explained what he was going to do and showed me some things about the door. We will have you out after the new year to complete a tuneup on the door. Your tech is a professional and knows how to treat customers.

Good service and tech was able to get part of the issue resolved thru warranty. But, the other issue required a new garage door opener. Precision’s price was 4 to 7 times the cost of a quality brand from a big box store. He advised the products there arent as good as what Precision sells, but the price and cost of installation would have allowed for a new unit regularly. It pays to shop around. However, very happy with the service.

The technician, Bob, was very professional and courteous. My original problem was the door opener, but upon inspection, Bob explained what the cause of the problem. He also gave me the option if I wanted just a repair or replacement. My garage door of 16 years wasn’t working properly. Upon completion of job, Bob explained how everything works. He removed everything and left the place clean.
