The technician that came to the house (Dominic) was outstanding. Friendly, professional, ready to explain every detail of the analysis of the issue at hand was remarkable. And the company’s receptiveness to my own financial situation based on what needed to be done was remarkable and shows how the company is so interested and invested in making their customer feel special. I called Precision because I always see/hear the commercials and knew the company off the top of my head. I was extremely happy the technician was able to arrive same day and only a few hours after my call. Jackson Letterman was my technician and he was fantastic. Very professional. Very polite. He was thorough with his explanation of what repairs were needed. The job was done quickly and with little impact on my family’s daily routine. I’ve gone with a different company previously for cost and convenience reasons. As it turns out they installed incorrect parts which may have caused the issues I needed to repair this time. Moving forward I will be a Precision customer without question. Thank you.

I was able to schedule a date and time that worked best for me. My technician was very knowledgeable, friendly and great to deal with. He replaced the springs and rollers and lubricated where needed. My garage door is running very smoothly now. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Doors!

I was beyond impressed with the customer service and work completed today. Aidan took the time to explain why parts needed to be replaced and the costs involved. After he completed the work, he made sure to show me what was done, explain how the sensors and new key pad work, and ask if I had any questions. He was friendly, professional and delivered excellent service with a smile – leaving nothing for me to clean up. He is a true asset to Precision.

Well I will tell you about Luke called prior to coming and that was thoughtful and very nice.It is about the little things that make service call’s better for everyone.Luke was the technician great first impression and gave good suggestions and all of them made sense for me.I will continue to use and call precision garage doors.Thank you

Something snapped and our garage door came crashing down. I called Precision and they had someone come over within two hours. By 4 p.m., the technician (David) had repaired the lift system, and now it’s working beautifully again. I love the customer service and the reliability of Precision.
