I had the belt go on my Genie garage door opener and called Precision for a quote. Fortunately they had a truck in my area and came by within an hour of me making the call to the office. Quote was very reasonable so I had them do the repair. The technician was terrific. I wish I got his name so I could include it in my review. I would HIGHLY recommend using Precision Garage Door Service for any of your garage door needs.

the door was opening on its own after it closed. The technician came out 30 minutes after i called and fixed the door in a few minutes. The opener system was on warranty so no charge! I could not imagine better service.

I purchased a garage door about 5 years ago. The spring broke and you fixed it for almost 1,000 dollars. The warrantee was two weeks, two weeks over. Thanks for any consideration.
