Chris was an excellent person. He took care of a warranty issue and I asked him to install a new weather strip in my other door and he agreed and got it done fast. I have been using precision for over 5 years and I am not changing companies. Thank you all

After waiting 4 months on a Lakeland OH Door company to replace operator on 14′ tall door, I requested refund and scheduled a service call with Precision online at 10am. To my surpise same day appointment was available. Tech arrived at 4:30pm and had jack mount operatior on board, no waiting 4 months. Two hours later new opertor installed and door serviced. Thank you Precision for the great experiance!

Prompt and excellent service with great advice from Corbin. We were able to fully restore the garage doors, including a redesigned spring system. I’m very happy with the increased reliability and smooth/quiet operation. Corbin balanced the big door, making for easy manual operation or auto operation. Well done!

We have used Percision Overhead Door in the past and were very pleased but yesterday’s service was exceptional. I called in the afternoon for an appointment and they said someone would be here yet that day. Aaron arrived, listened to the problem and was very friendly and efficient. He figured out the progblem in minutes and everything was in working order very quickly. I’ve never had such quick service. As Aaron was leaving a neighbor asked if he could come check his keypad which wasn’t working and Aaron said sure. It was the best service I have experienced.Thank you, Aaron.
