    One roller on each side had come off the track. Tech evaluated the situation. Either I could replace the tracks (twice as expensive) or add more brackets (less expensive) so that the tracks no longer flex. Also bend in the tracks to ensure rollers can’t slip out. This fix is ok for the old garage door. It’s still pricey with my military discount, but I trust Precision’s work so it’s worth it.

    Service is outstanding! Great care was taken by “Mike” to make sure everything met the highest standard. The only reason for scoring 4 out of 5 stars was due to the high cost of repairs. It was a bit of a shock for us. Price did not include a new opener. But we have no qualms about the job done.
