Called for a check on a rattling of the chain I didn’t recall being there on the install 18 months ago. The tech assured me it was normal, but checked it out anyway. He was kind and efficient. Explained that if I was not liking the rattle, there was a belt option. Gave me an estimate and no pressure to have it done. Maybe in the new year. Called ahead and was on time.

Unbelievably professional service delivered by Luke the technician and Precision. We lost our home in Helene and our garage door was damaged. Luke came out, assessed the situation, gave us options and had us up and working within an hour. Thank you Luke and Precision Doors!
