First off, showed up so fast. I called at 11:42am and had a team member at my home by 12:30pm. Lucas replaced our broken spring amongst other preventative replacements and explained everything thoroughly and showed us how to maintain our garage door. Thank you!

Precision was highly recommended by friends; Tech Jared arrived promptly, was courteous, professional and respectful of my home, as he diagnosed the issue, then explained what was required to get my garage door back to working order. Jared was very efficient and pleasant in carrying out the needed repairs and I was 100% satisfied with the services provided.

The speed from initial call to completion in a matter of hours. I called, had an appointment within three hours and the work completed by 5 pm. Jackson took the time to explain and take care of my garage door and remotes. He was very efficient with all phases of the project.
