I called and expected the company to tell me that due to the holidays, they would not be able to get to me until after Christmas. Luckily, they were not only able to come out same day but they were here within an hour. I met my technician, Dominic, who quoted me a price and went ahead with the repair. I also told him we had an engagement my wife and I needed to go to within one hour. Dominic was not only able to get the repair done, but was able to get it done in 30-45 minutes. They have a customer for life in me!

Today we had the pleasure of meeting your employee, Luke. What a super technician! He explained the problem with our garage door to my husband and I. He was honestly the most polite and patient tech who has EVER visited our home…..a wonderful and smart man who clearly answered every question we had. Excellent customer service from the moment we called to schedule an appointment and spoke with the lady on the phone to the work Luke the technician did for us. He educated us throughout the process, explained what was causing the problems and was indeed to repair. We went with his expertise and are greatly satisfied with the work he did. We are completely satisfied with the services, and how his professionalism. We would not hesitate recommending them to others as well as use them again if ever needed. Our Lift-master remote garage opener just decided to stop working today Sunday! We called Precision and they were able to schedule same day service! Austin Reed, our technician, courteously called us 30 minutes before he arrived. He was prompt, efficient and fixed the issues in no time! Austin was amazing! Thank you Austin!
