He explained every detail of the job he was going to perform in order to ensure that the garage door opener is working properly. Carlos was patient and answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. We appreciated his recommendations to make sure our garage door opener provides many years of service. Customer service representative that I spoke to on the phone was very professional and got me an appointment for the same day. Within an hour the technician Cheney arrived and fixed the springs on our garage door. All work performed was great. I would have rated a 5 but my spring that was replaced was just over a year old and quite honestly I wasn’t really happy with that. Especially for what they cost. I would have thought that the spring would have lasted longer. But, either way we decided to go with two springs and got the 5 year warranty. Hopefully they will make it longer than that. Thanks for having great employees who really take care of their customers. Both the people I dealt with today were amazing. They both are 5 star rating in my book. But your springs need to impress me before I’ll give the product a 5 star review. Thank you

I have said it before and when I had my door initially installed back in May, I wanted to use a good reputable company. I didn’t want to try using a local Handiman to save a few dollars. I’m so glad I made that decision. Due to mobility issues that I have now,there is no way I could go up on a ladder to link the opener with my Aladdin app. The check came here and did it all for me and refused to charge me. I absolutely highly recommend precision door for anyone that needs a garage door. It may cost a few bucks more, but absolutely well worth every penny!
