5 stars for Tori just don’t understand the way she put in comments the insurance company wanted to know if it was storm related and in the comments she just said it was a old door and we no longer have them in stock. I am thinking because of hurricane Milton they wanted something saying it was because of the storm I needed a new door. Tori is a excellent person for your establishment sweet to the point and right on everything you should be proud and I am sure you are of what she brings to your business.Yiu have my business weather it is with the insurance company or me personally I will choose your business to replace my garage door thank you.

Put a $15 reinforcement bracket on my garage door and charged me $263. I am handicapped so can’t do this myself but did not expect to be taken this badly. I will not be recommending.

Luke did a great job installing the (2) new ‘sensors’ for my garage door, yesterday (12-5-24) … just as he had done previously, on 12-26-23, on my garage door. * This is the Invoice date I called for a copy of, this morning, in the amount of $490.00. The email confirmation I received from you, did not include the ‘icon’ invoice receipt, normally sent for payment confirmation (so I could click on it). I called to request a copy of that receipt this morning and hope to receive a copy soon, so I can keep up on what has been done on my garage door, moving forward. It’s not that old, so being in accounting, myself… it should not be difficult to locate. Thank you, very much! Luke is very professional. He’s knowledgeable, accesses the issue/s with ease and does a wonderful job! I really appreciate and trust his good work! I look forward to doing business with you in the future. Thank you! Today I had a new garage door installed by Precision. The installer, Grant, called me 30 minutes before he was to arrive at my home. He was extremely prompt. He told me that once he was finished with the job he would go over everything with me and answer any questions I had. He did a fantastic job putting up my new garage door. He was extremely competent, informative and efficient. When he finished the job my garage door looked absolutely beautiful and it gave my house a nice clean new look. Grant told me that if I had any problems or concerns with the door I could call the company immediately and they would take care of any concerns that I had. I am very pleased with the product and I am very happy with the workmanship of Grant. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone contemplating putting in a new garage door or perhaps even just the repair of their existing door. THANK YOU GAIL DURSO
