A representative came to replace my sensors on the day I called to schedule an appointment. He was very courteous and professional. My sensors on the garage door were no longer working so he replaced them and the garage door opened and shut normally again. Quick response and repair. I would recommend Precision!

Jeff was great he came and check out the issue with the opener and gave us a few different options. We elected for him to replace the opener and he took care off it in a couple of hours. Jeff was very professional and friendly thanks Jeff u did a great job.

I called Precision based on using them in years past. Back then they were reasonable in sales tactics and pricing. Not so much anymore. Was quoted a spring repair among many up charges for a total of $2500+. I kindly asked for a copy of the quote and refused to have any work done. I never got a copy of the quote and one day later had a quote from another company and completed my repair for a 1/4 of the price. I have seen other complain of your pricing and you are taking advantage of people who don’t ask questions about what you are quoting. I was contacted by a supervisor, but you will not receive my business.
