Wow! I called for service at noon and Lyka arrived at 2! He was on time, courteous and provided options that gave me the information needed to make the right decisions for my repairs. There was no upselling or pressure – just his expertise in an area I had no experience with. I have used Precision before, when my spring busted (just like in the commercials – HA!), and will definitely recommend as well as call if I ever need help again.

From the moment I called precision on the phone on a Saturday. With a special needs child? My garage door Spring was broke. They were here excellent in time. Work performance was excellent job performance. Excellent very knowledgeable, courteous and polite. I would recommend this company To everybody and that is the real truth.

The young man that came to my “rescue” was very knowledgeable and found the problem with my door right away. He was very courteous, kind, and helpful. I asked for a quote to do the work he said needed to be done and he provided it. After a few changes and modifications to the quote, we agreed on a price for the work to be done and he scheduled it. The scheduled date fits my timeline perfectly.
