Luca was on time, communicated the issues needed to be resolved clearly and efficiently completed the job. Prior to carrying out the work, he clearly defined what parts and costs associated as well as some of the options we had. We are very satisfied with the interaction from beginning to end including the ease of making an appointment online and how quickly they were able to come tot he house (next day). All very easy and professional. Highly recommend Luca and Precision.

Precision was promoted and repaired my door quickly. They offered estimates as well on replacing but did not push them.

I woke up Saturday morning to a broken spring on the garage door. Precision arrived promptly and repaired the door. All pricing was up front and competitive. Sammy went above and beyond and ensured everything was working perfect before leaving. Terrific service and a great technician.
