Unfortunately, my cheap Ryobi door opener could not be repaired. Alex replaced “two” openers, changed all track rollers, realigned the tracks, and inserted devices to quiet all hinges on both garage doors. He then programmed four cars, installed a new keypad, and performed additional tasks to help transition to the new openers. He was professional, courteous, neat, and even took the old openers with him. From the first call to the installation and billing, I could not be more impressed. for a simple repair you guys wanted me to get a new garage door or pay the equivalent to repair 2 spring cables( 4k to 6k) .had another company come out and the repair was done within the hour and at a fraction of the price would never recommend your company after that experience
