Technician arrived on time and did analysis of problem with door opener. Reviewed with me problem and answered my questions regarding repair or replace. I decided to get new opener. Am very happy With install and new opener operation.

I called at 130p on a Saturday and a technician was at my house by 430p! Within 45 minutes he had diagnosed the problem (circuit board was hit by lightning) and installed a new one. The technician was polite and professional. I was super impressed!

Mike did an excellent job of providing new garage door remote openers in a very fast and efficient manner. He was very courtious and friendly, and explained everything he was doing. He reprogrammed our keypad and new remotes and everything is working great!

John Tsangarinos was spot on! He called ahead, arrived on time, communicated effectively what needed to be done, and couldn’t have been more courteous and professional. He even took the time to program the buttons in my car to sync with the garage! Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Happy customer!

My have a rental property with a great family whom we’d like to ensure they stay for a long time. I received a call from the tenet that the garage door would not open with the remote. Upon checking the battery and doing whatever I could, I called Precision and they sent someone out with in two hours on a Saturday. The technician, Jeffrey, was able to troubleshoot the problem, malfunctioning opener, and replace it with in and hour. Additionally, he programmed all the remotes and the tenets car. Very professional.
