Jordan instantly recognized that the plastic tracking needed replaced. He inspected both of my garage doors and made recommendations. He replaced the track on both of my garage doors ( I purchased them at the same time) and both were in need of repair. I could actually see the metal thread inside each tracks that were shredding. Jordan installed each one in about 20 minutes for a total of 40 minutes. He came at about 7 at night and did not charge any extra charge. I have used Precision for many years because they are honest and reasonable. No sales pitch.

Service, knowledge and installer were great. I was happy with the above. One thing I would improve is when I took the offer on the spring, they should have told me the spring I was getting was low value and only about 10000 cycles.

Service was prompt and although John had to call for help, all was resolved in the end. The lights weren’t working and he had to replace the main circuit board and then reprogram everything. The fuel charge is a bit off-putting but I guess everybody wants to make the money. Good job. I would recommend the company.

Great service from beginning to the end. From the estimators who came and clearly explained options, prices as well as what to expect. I received a call from the technician letting me know of his arrival. Everyone we came in contact with was personable and professional. We can not believe how quiet our new garage door is. We are glad we chose Precision, which we did from a neighbor’s recommendation. Definitely 5 stars!
