    Chris did a great job of quickly replacing the belt on our garage door opener. Also, he check the other functions of each part on the door. He recommended that we contact Design One and ask them to check the size of the new springs they placed on our door. The door is two difficult for a woman to lift. It maybe the cause of the belt’s failure. He was friend and courteous. Bob

    Outstanding service in every respect! I called at 8:30 AM, was told that a technician would be out between 12:00-4:00 PM with a call 30 minutes before arriving. “Jeffery” called at 12:45, advising that he would be at my home in approx. 25 minutes. He arrived, assessed my problem, gave alternate solutions to my problem, repaired my overhead door within an hour, and was gone. Excellent! It began with a most pleasant receptionist when I initially called.
