We contacted Precision Garage Door Repair after our garage door would not open due to a broken spring. Since it happened Sunday evening it was the next morning until they could get here. Bryan was our technician and he was very polite and informative as to what needed done. Our garage door is 30 years old and it also needed new rollers and a new belt for the garage door opener. Instead of replacing the belt we decided to install a new garage door opener. What a difference this work made on our garage door. It is really quite and runs so smooth compared to before. Bryan did an excellent job and we were very happy with the work. We would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Repair.

I called Precision when my garage door wasn’t working right because their TV ads instill confidence in their business, and their website gives so much helpful information in a very user-friendly format. John Pappas was the technician who did the repairs for me; he was professional, friendly, helpful and explained everything thoroughly. My garage door works better than it ever has! Fairly quick response for a Sunday. Technician Joe Payette was very friendly and explained exactly what repair had to be done. He also explained different options on parts and warranties. Overall a good experience and I would recommend Precision to others.

Appt. was made to replace worn rollers. Upon inspection of entire unit Carlos determined and explained several problems the biggest of which was the very worn coil atop motor housing that was destined to fail in the short term. We decided to replace with new Linear motor. Carlos also replaced worn rollers on an otherwise good- condition overhead 18-foot door and re-anchored center drive rail mount to garage header.
